Okay, it’s been a crazy couple of days. It turns out the the production of Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead in which I was cast earlier this week has now been canceled. I’m bummed to not play in that show, but of course wish The Flying Muskrat Theatre Company all the best in this crazy time of transition.
But – I’ll still be debuting in DC! On May 16 I’ll perform with Next Day Theater, a “24-hour play festival” type of event in which short plays are performed by actors and directors who have only seen the material 24 hours before. The event is at Tropicalia on U Street in DC and promises to be tons of fun, with 5 short plays, live improv, music, monologues, and a generally celebratory feel. I’m looking forward to it and excited to meet the rest of the crazy artists involved.
Next after that is still the summer season at Acadia Repertory Theatre on Mt. Desert Island, Maine! The shows and dates have been announced and Subscriber ticket packages are now for sale. Here are my performance details:
